How to store corn?
1.Peel off the outermost layer of corn husk, leaving one or two layers to lock in nutrients.
2.Soak in water with edible salt for five minutes to clean bacteria and insect eggs.
3.Steam in a steamer for 15-20 minutes, avoiding boiling water from entering the corn and causing nutrient loss.
4.After steaming, cool and dry excess moisture, wrap in plastic wrap to remove air, and store in the refrigerator.
